Viv Corringham<\/p><\/div>\n

I\u2019m very excited to be joining British NY-based avant vocalist & sound artist Viv Corringham<\/strong><\/a> for her NorCal tour! I had a wonderful time playing with her and percussionist extraordinaire<\/em> Suki O’Kane<\/a> last year and I’m really looking forward to playing together again.<\/p>\n

This time I’ll join Viv as part of an expanded Transbay multimedia consort of Deep Listening practitioners and neogaku kaiju (with Nancy Beckman<\/a>, Tom Bickley<\/a>, Nan Busse<\/a>, Ron Heglin<\/a>, Jon Myers<\/a>, Suki O’Kane<\/a>, Bill Thibault<\/a>, and Jennifer Wilsey<\/a> in various of the shows)<\/p>\n

Programs may include various types of improv games based on sonic grammars, deviant sample-melting, mnemo-narrative field recordings, and an intermedia moir\u00e9<\/em> of words, utterance, sound, motion, memory, image & music.<\/p>\n
